They can be used with or without weight and when used correctly you can get some really great results!
Here are the reps and sets for my at home Booty Band workout:
Banded squats 15 x 4
Split squats 15 x 4
Glute bridge 15 x 4
Single leg bridge 15 x 4
Abduction pumps 4 reps of 15 pumps x 4 sets
- Take a 45 second break in between sets.
